Here's a little bit of info to help you on the forum.
• STAFF INFO
On the staff there are 3 ranks:
Moderator
Global Moderator
Administrator
Now, I'll explain a little bit about them..
Administrator - They run it all. An Admin has the power to change the appearance of the board, add boards, manage members, and well.. basically everything. There are only -three admins, and that's Christy, Zac, and Joanne because they own Make it Splash, and the forum. We're always here to help you with any questions!
(No positions open currently)
Global Moderator - A Global moderator basically has the same job as an admin but they don't have access to changing appearance, and banning members. They may give out warnings and infractions. Global Mods can move out of place threads, and lock and delete threads and posts. They also have access to the staff area.
(A few positions will be open once the forum has a large community. But no positions are open currently)
Moderator - The same access as a Global Mod, except a moderator is only assigned to one or more certain board or catagory. They still have access to the staff area.
(No positions open currently)
However, there are more kinds of staff members, but they run a different kind of "thing". We are currently not looking for any, but we will be soon!
Extention:
Advice Columnist - Has special access to the advice section (we will set up a sort of "system" soon.) If you are interested in ever gaining this position just do your best!
Member of the Week - One will be chosen each week once Zac, Joanne, and I are ready.
• MEMBER INFO
Regular Members have access to changing their own profile, and posting threads, replys, and polls. They can also receive and send messages.
Your personal title will change as you post.

If the forum community grows, and there are enough members to get this party going (hehe) we will add more and more cool features.
Coming up..
- Chosen advice columnists with a special title, and access.
- A weekly (or longer) special game/competition run by the staff. The winner gets a custom title of their choice for a week, and maybe some special access.
- A layout contest where any user can enter a layout they made for the forum. The winner's layout will be up for about a week, and will be available to use all the time. The runner up's layout might also be available to use.. still thinking about that one.
